Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Leadman to oversee residential and dock projects. The Leadman will take charge of job sites, direct crews, and ensure work is done efficiently, safely, and to code. This role is hands-on — you’ll lead by example, working alongside the crew while keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations on residential and dock job sites.

Assign tasks and provide guidance to crew members.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards, NEC codes, and company quality standards.

Communicate clearly with project managers, inspectors, and clients.

Perform hands-on construction and electrical work as needed.

Troubleshoot issues, maintain productivity, and keep the site organized.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in residential construction, electrical work, or dock building.

Strong leadership and crew management skills.

Knowledge of electrical systems, construction techniques, and dock-specific safety practices.

Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans.

Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
